Lyme disease and co-infections are complex diseases to diagnose, treat, and learn to live with.
In my personal experience battling Lyme, I discovered that long-term recovery required proper foundational health combined with restorative therapies, elimination of toxins and detoxification support, eradication of infections via Rife frequency therapy and herbal therapies, strengthening of organs, and restoration of immune function.
Foundational Health and Restorative Therapies are the best weapons against cellular stress factors that impair immune function, leaving us susceptible to chronic illness.
When addressing Lyme disease and co-infections- I like to think of it as like a pot boiling over.
The solution to this?
Address the root cause- by lowering the heat through reducing cellular inflammation and restoring immune imbalance.
Symptoms indicate the cause.
Addressing just the symptoms often drives the issues deeper into the body to be expressed elsewhere.
By working to identify the cause and support the body’s natural healing –
everything else will improve.
This can be accomplished through proper foundational health and lifestyle choices, stress reduction, a proper nutritious diet, adequate rest, avoiding toxins, and supportive herbal therapies to target the microbes and support the body's systems.
Before targeting microbes, it is essential to examine the accumulation of toxins impairing immune function and where they are derived from. These include heavy metals, biotoxins, xenotoxins (insecticides, phthalates), and food preservatives like aspartame, food coloring, fluoride, and parabens (excitotoxins).
Next, we prepare the body for toxin removal by supporting the liver, kidneys, spleen, and lymphatic system before starting the detox process.
An anti-inflammatory diet is recommended, combined with a high protein intake, including plenty of branch-chain amino acids to support detox pathways and other means of herbal, nutritional, and supplemental support.
After giving your body time and grace via support and detox, we can begin targeting the microbes while supporting and restoring immune function and organ systems.
Restoring proper immune function and physiology will likely require a complete lifestyle change if you truly want to heal, but it doesn't have to happen overnight.
Small daily decisions make a huge impact.
Healing is non-linear, with many ups and downs, trial-and-error, setbacks, and giant leaps forward.
But - I can say from personal experience that time, consistency, and dedication—along with proper foundational health and restorative therapies, microbial/pathogen eradication via biofeedback and Rife frequency therapy, and plenty of consistent detox and elimination pathway support— are the tools that ultimately help you restore and balance your body systems so that healing can take place.

This is a complex question and a hot topic in the Lyme and chronic illness world.
First, it's essential to understand that antibiotics primarily kill fast-growing bacteria.
This doesn't work as well for slower-growing bacteria.
While antibiotics do kill slow-growing bacteria, they take extended periods and use (months or years), which causes a host of problems.
Antibiotics kill "good bacteria" in the gut and on the skin.
These good bacteria help balance our microbiome—a community of "good" and "bad" bacteria living together, with the good keeping the bad in check or balance.
To add salt to the wound, bacteria become antibiotic-resistant in 10 days.
This shows how ineffective antibiotics are for treating chronic infections driven deep into the body's tissues- like Lyme disease.
On the other hand (thankfully!)-
Herbs contain antimicrobial properties that are very different from synthetic antibiotics. They withhold a spectrum of antimicrobial properties beyond simply killing the pathogen.
Herbs serve multiple purposes-
- Antimicrobial benefits
- Reinforce your defense system, taking pressure off your immune system.
- Herbs don't disrupt normal flora and resistance to them has never been observed, making them great for long-term use.
- They give your cells a coat of armor by reducing cellular stress + promoting healing.
Herbs can be a game-changer when improving your health!
Other benefits they offer are:
- Boost immune function while reducing symptoms
- Restore homeostasis
- Reduce inflammation
- Provide cellular nutrition + detox support
- Delivers antioxidants
- Provides phytochemical support to tissues + organs

Biofeedback and Rife Frequency Therapy are effective tools, using light frequency to naturally and safely destroy pathogens that invade our terrain (Lyme, Cancer, Parasites, Candida, etc.) while supporting detox systems and healing.
Protocols for specific disease states and conditions can be discussed as part of a wellness plan for your healing journey.
